Appointment of Company Secretary
Et-china.com International Holdings Limited, the leading travel services group in the fast growing region of South China, announces the appointment of West Li as Company Secretary. Mr. Li replaces Kitty Yang, who has been in the role since flotation. Ms Yang remains as an executive director of Et-china.
Mr. Li is currently the CFO of GZL, Et-china's package holiday division, joined the Group from Guangzhou Titan Petrochemical Development Company in January 2007. Prior to that he spend over ten years with China Southern Airlines in the US and at the Company's headquarters in Guangzhou, China.
