Interim Results
Et-china, a leading travel services group in the fast growing region of South China, announces its unaudited interim results for the period 29 May to 30 June 2007.
The Company was established on 29 May 2007 in order to facilitate the admission of the Et-china group to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc "AIM"). Admission to AIM occurred on 3 August 2007. The interim results for the period from 29 May 2007 to 30 June 2007 are therefore only of Et-china.com International Holdings Limited and do not reflect the trading of the Company's subsidiaries, principally Et-china Limited and GZL International Travel Service Limited, which were acquired by the Company conditional on admission to AIM which occurred post the interim period end. As the Company was only established on 29 May 2007, there are no corresponding numbers for the period to 30 June 2006.
A full trading update on progress since admission to AIM of the Et-china group and current trading will be made shortly.
