Notice of EGM
Further to the announcement on 3 June 2009 that the leading leisure travel company Kuoni Travel Holding Limited ("Kuoni") had acquired a 31.8% stake in the Company, Et-china has posted to shareholders a notice to convene an extraordinary general meeting of the Company ("EGM") to take place at Level 14, Jianhe Centre, 111 Tiyunxi Road, Guangzhou, China on 1st July 2009 at 4:00 p.m. (Beijing time).
