Holding in Company
Et-china, a leading travel services group in the fast growing region of South China, was notified on 18 June that, following a purchase of 291,850 ordinary shares, Gspan Ltd now have an interest in 1,828,243 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
