Holding(s) in Company
Et-china, a leading travel services group in the fast growing region of South China, was notified on 8 March 2010 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares, Gspan Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 8 March 2010 that, following a purchase of 1,024,348 ordinary shares, Kuoni Travel Holding Limited have an interest in 11,540,110 ordinary shares representing just under 33.0 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
