Et-china, a leading travel services group in the fast growing region of South China, was notified on 22 June 2010 that OZ Management LP, on behalf of certain of its affiliated investment funds ("OZ Funds"), acquired an interest in 3,125,000 shares by way of conversion of Et-china convertible bonds on 18th June 2010. OZ Funds now have an interest in 3,125,000 shares which represents approximately 7.47% in the issued share capital of the Company.
